Our Referral Partner Program rewards brokers, agents, investors, and other professionals who refer qualified borrowers to us.
How It Works
- Refer Borrowers: Provide borrower information on our loan request page and put your name or company as the referral partner at the bottom of the form.
- We Handle The Rest: We manage the loan facilitation, find the right lender, and successful deal closure.
- Referral Fee: Referral fees are paid on one tier for successfully closed loans. Referral fee tiers are not cumulative.
Tier 1. Referral fee of $5,000 for loans of $2,500,000 or larger.
Tier 2. Referral fee of $3,000 for loans of $1,000,000 or larger.
Tier 3. Referral fee of $1,500 for loans of $400,000 or larger.
