• Tier 1. Referral fee of $10,000 per closed loan of $4 million or more.
• Tier 2. Referral fee of $5,000 per closed loan of $2 million or more.
• Tier 3. Referral fee of $2,500 per closed loan of $500 thousand or more.

The referral fee is paid on the highest applicable tier. Tiers are non-cumulative.
